The art
My art career started at age four when I began drawing on the walls in my bedroom. I was quickly redirected to pads and papers with a good supply of color pencils and chalks.
For two years I studied figurative drawing and portraiture with an artist named Jose Citron who was from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I exhibited at A.N.T. Gallery in Seattle, Oceanside Museum of Art, The Museum at Tacoma Community College, The Marks Art Center at C.O.D.,and The Perez Art District, Cathedral City, CA.
the Artist
I find it difficult to define my work since I cross boundaries and blend styles. I do like Post Modern Art with a lot of color and movement. My work in the past few years has become less structured and more relaxed. I don’t have an iconic style. My work evolves as it comes to the canvas. I work mostly in oil and recently have been doing more portraits.
